It is FREE.  College Coaches have a need to recruit. They need good information about the players they are recruiting and need an informative way to balance the "hype" vs. "execution". We have all seen the kid who passes the eye test, and then gets on campus and can not measure up to the hype they were given. This is not the fault of the player as much as the system created. We measure speed, arm strength, and power. We may watch the player for a game or two, and have them work out in a controlled environment.
